Because many Carbon Tech Pro products are handcrafted, minor variations may occur between individual parts.

Carbon fiber weave alignment, forged carbon patterns, fiberglass surfaces, finishes, colors, and other visual characteristics may vary from photographs or between individual pieces.

Display settings on computers and mobile devices may also affect how colors and finishes appear.

We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, or other information at any time.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Products may have limited availability, may be built to order, or may be discontinued at any time.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, inventory error, fraud concern, or other material mistake.

5. Vehicle Fitment

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their vehicle, model year, trim level, body configuration, and intended use before installation.

Fitment descriptions are based on the information reasonably available to Carbon Tech Pro.

Vehicle modifications, prior accident repairs, aftermarket components, manufacturing tolerances, or differences between individual vehicles may affect fitment.

Professional installation may be recommended or required depending on the product.

6. Installation and Modification

The purchaser is responsible for proper installation and use of Carbon Tech Pro products.

Carbon Tech Pro is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect mounting or fastening
• Installation on an incompatible vehicle
• Failure to follow applicable installation instructions
• Unauthorized modification of a product
• Modification of the vehicle
• Improper use
• Excessive loads or stresses

Where appropriate, installation should be performed by a qualified professional.

7. Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass Hoods

Carbon fiber and fiberglass hoods may be lighter and may behave differently at speed than factory metal hoods.

For fiberglass and carbon fiber hoods, hood pins or another appropriate secondary hood-retention system are strongly recommended.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hood is properly installed, secured, inspected, and suitable for the intended vehicle and use.

Carbon Tech Pro is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, inadequate hood-retention hardware, failure of unrelated vehicle hardware, or continued use of a hood that is not properly secured.

8. Street Use and Legal Compliance

Some Carbon Tech Pro products may not comply with street-use, inspection, emissions, crash-safety, or other vehicle regulations in every state, country, or jurisdiction.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a product is legal and appropriate for its intended use.

Products identified as being intended for off-highway, competition, show, or similar uses must be used only in accordance with applicable law and their intended purpose.

Carbon Tech Pro does not represent that every product is legal for street use in every jurisdiction.

9. Product Use and Assumption of Risk

Automotive modification involves inherent risks.

By purchasing or using Carbon Tech Pro products, the purchaser accepts responsibility for evaluating the suitability of the product for the intended vehicle and application.

The purchaser assumes the risks associated with installation, modification, vehicle operation, and use of aftermarket components to the extent permitted by law.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our applicable Refund Policy and any product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Certain custom, made-to-order, modified, installed, damaged, or specially manufactured products may be subject to restrictions on returns or refunds as described in that policy.
